Poor immigrants its bad enough they are illegal in this country and always have to be in hiding from immigration. Now they want to take there jobs away from them. The sweat jobs are the only jobs immigrants have. Without theses jobs they could not survive because they can't make money to support their family. It's not like the jobs they have are the greats. These job are the worse jobs anyone could have because they have to work the hardest and don't even get paid the amount they should be getting paid. They give theses job to the immigrants because they know they are illegal and would do anything for money.

Immigration Fraud

Fraud is the most popular case when it comes to immigration. Many immigrant commits fraud for themselves or for a love one. These immigrant are willing to do what ever and pay any price just to come to America. Theses prices go up every year because people are greedy and want lots and lots of money. Theses price are going from 3,000 all the way up to 10,000. These immigration are taking a risk. They don’t know a 100% that they would follow up with there agreement. Most people take the money and run, that when they are committing a fraud. The immigrant is the one losing in this case. They gather all that money for there freedom and what ends up happening is that they waste all there money and don’t get to come to the United States. Almost all the fraud situation happens with marriage license. They get married with the person and the person gets the money than leaves the other person and does not help them with the other things they have to do after marriage. These cases are hard to track because they can't always track the person they married. They dont bother most of the time. They try to get as much marriage license to see if there's any way they could come to the United States.

Spanish Immigration Protest

Protesting is like the only way immigrants can have there voice heard. Most of the time they would get there ways. There are so many immigrants that’s there a huge amount of people so they could refuse something to them. For example in Atlanta there was a protest for immigration reforms. In that protest there was about 50,000 of people marching. That’s to show the huge amount of people there are in the United States. Not only immigrates but there are also those who care about immigrates having rights.The sad thing about these protest is that many people get hurt. These officer are so abusive when it come to people that don’t have rights. They hit them and some even shoot at them. When immigrant make these protest have to be willing to face any out come that might face them. Some are illegal and therefore that’s where cop starts arresting them. Like they are illegal and have no right, these immigrants which only want to have peace and be free get arrested. Sometime people think its unfair what they do to immigrant and how they should be legal. Then you have to look at both sides, how is this affecting our nation.

The Growth of Immigration

The growth of immigration is incredible. The United States is trying to save all there cities because research shows that if the population keeps on growing the ways it is by 2020 there are going to have double cities. The pregnancies of Spanish women grows and grows more during the years.The rate of the immigration pregnancies are up to 750,000 birth annually. The death of the people are decreasing, therefore the population is growing extremely. Immigration is not what the United States is scared of it’s the increasing of them.


As you can see in the chart immigration does not grow by ones they grow by millions and millions. Historically in 1970 the immigrant descendant have added to 35 to 45 million people to America's population in less than 30 years. Imagine now in are 21 century how the population are expanding to the extreme. The environmentalists are stressing that if they would of started stabilizing the United States we wouldn’t have the huge amount of immigrants. They believe that they would of stabilized it in time the rate is 2020 instead of it being a huge amount doubling are cities, it would be 255 million which it’s a big different that what they are expecting to happen. That's to show what could happen if you leave everything for later.

Immigration Transportation

Immigrants have many ways of transporting to the United States. Some comes with Visa or Residences. Then there’s those who are illegal which comes in boats or passing the boater. It doesn't matter in what way they come, but they find any transportation to make it where's there's freedom. They take that chance of being caught because they feel has if it's worth it than being where they are. Some are lucky and those who are luck usually get the chance to stay in the United States. There are so many illegal immigrants that they are not going to waist there money on trying to get rid of all the illegal immigrants. If they try to get rid of the entire immigrant there are in this world they would be wasting a huge amount of INS federal budget. They would rather waist that money on more important things like "criminal elements”. With that said there would be million and million of immigration finding many ways to transport into the United States because once they get here they would be free. It would take them a while to be officially legal. Some people don’t care how long it takes as long as they don’t have to be in that place in which they escape from.

Laws And Reforms On Immigration

Many immigrants when it come to laws and reforms are so afraid that they do not follow the regular laws. Immigrant whether or not there legal or not legal have rights. Now in this article they speak about how immigrants have right, its that they are to afraid to do something about it.They think that if they make any move they would get fired. Therefore they wont make any moves because they need the money to survive in this world.Especially when it comes to medical coverage. Illegal immigrants are so afraid when it come to medical coverage.The reason for that is that they think that because they are illegal and immigrants they have no right even for medical benefits. The true story is that they do. Now any immigrant which is working under those circumstances are to tell someone. If there employer does not give them medical coverage or treat them different only because they are immigrant would have to give them a "private contract" between the employee and employer.The reason for the employer not having to face any penalty is because the employer would have to offer them health coverage and many more.
