 Many immigrants when it come to laws and reforms are so afraid that they do not follow the regular laws. Immigrant whether or not there legal or not legal have rights. Therefore they wont make any moves because they need the money to survive in this world.Especially when it comes to medical coverage. Illegal immigrants are so afraid when it come to medical coverage.The reason for that is that they think that because they are illegal and immigrants they have no right even for medical benefits. The true story is that they do. Now any immigrant which is working under those circumstances are to tell someone. If there employer does not give them medical coverage or treat them different only because they are immigrant would have to give them a "private contract" between the employee and employer.The reason for the employer not having to face any penalty is because the employer would have to offer them health coverage and many more. |
