Immigration is one of the skill a lawyer have to learn to become a good qualified lawyer. There so many immigration that need help from a lawyer and are willing to pay what ever has long has they help them get there residence. Immigration makes a huge amount of the population in the United States therefore lawyer need to know exactly what to do to protect the immigrants right. There's this thing called (INA) it stands for Immigration Nationally Act, this is a way to protect the immigration. Congress are debating whether to build on incremental reform or specific elements of immigration (border security, employment verification, temporary workers, or alien children). Every since September 11 there has been a huge scare on immigration because they feel as if it jeopardize the security. Immigration need good lawyer that are able to fight for them. If they dont get a good lawyer they could be send back to there country and never be able to come back to the United States never again. Some judges when you dont have a good lawyer they just give you what ever they want send you back to your country or even worse because they feel as you shouldnt be here in the first place. They want to get rid of the immigration in this country if you dont find yourself a good lawyer.
